Ergonomic Industrial Knives

for the Pork Industry

All of our knives are made of cutlery grade stainless steel, then hardened to a spring temper for long edge life. Our ergonomic handle is comfortable to grasp, with a rough texture for a no-slip grip. Stainless steel shank is injection molded into the handle. Plastic handle is 6.5" long + 2.5" long stainless insert. Handle material is USDA & FDA approved for contact with foods. Handles are riveted to the blades. Approximate weight is 2 pounds each.

Blades are made of 1 5/8" x 1/16" flexible stainless steel; spring tempered. From center to center of the handles, they measure approximately 8". Blades and handles can be purchased separately.
