All hooks are made of 1/4" diameter (#2 gauge) stainless steel and hardened to a spring temper. Guaranteed not to bend or break. The bright orange handles are made of slip resistant, FDA approved, polypropylene. The texture is rough for a sure grip. Bacteria, moisture, fats & grease can't penetrate these handles!
