Our block scraper/dough cutter has a sanitary polypropylene handle, which is molded over the blade. It is guaranteed to keep the blade in place! The blade is stainless steel 3" X 6", and the ergonomically designed handle is easy to clean, easy grip. If you wish, you can get your company logo etched onto the blade!
